WEEKEND GLAM MAKEUP LOOK

Ladies!

I hope that you all enjoyed this beautiful weekend. It always ends too fast doesn’t it? During the weekend I always like to wear colourful makeup and this post is exactly about that. This makeup is about cold and warm tones, it’s easy to create and it’s appropriate for any occasion, during the day or night.

I am a huge BB Cream fan and I use it a lot also in winter time but when I know I’m about to create dramatic eye makeup I always use liquid foundation and creamy concealer so the eye makeup doesn’t look too heavy. This eye makeup looks is a bit dramatic, but you’ll see, it’s actually very simple, there are only few steps.

Step-by-step gallery

1. first apply eyeshadow base/primer, then highlight your brow bone under your eyebrows; Brush- Sigma Large Shader – E60, Eyeshadow- KIKO Infinity 222

2. take matte eyeshadow and apply it on outer crease blending it upwards. This eyeshadow is used as a base; Brush- Sigma Tapered Blending E40, Eyeshadow- UD Naked palette Naked

3. take glittery dark blue eyeshadow and apply in on the crease and blend it softly upwards; Brush- Sigma Eye Shading E55, Eyeshadow KIKO Infinity 410

4. take glittery eyeshadow and apply in on top of the base eyeshadow and blend it softly together; Brush- Sigma Blending E36, Eyeshadow- UD Naked palette Sidecar eyeshadow

5. use white kohl eye pencil on your lower lash line. This step will open your eyes; Catrice Cosmetics kohl kajal o4o white eye pencil

6. first apply matte eyeshadow on your lower lash line as a base and on top of it apply glittery eyeshadow so you’d create some depth; Brush- Sigma Pencil E30, Eyeshadows- UD Naked palette Naked eyeshadow and on top of it is KIKO Infinity 402

7. highlight inner corner with glittery eyeshadow; Brush Sigma Shader – inner corner E46, Eyeshadow KIKO Infinity 202

8. create cat eye; Brush- Sigma Eyeliner E11, KIKO Lasting gel eyeliner

9. apply false lashes- Ardell 118

Finish look

To finish my face I applied compact powder and I contoured my chin, nose and cheeks with baked bronzer which I used also as a blush. This step is very convenient when you want to create simple nude face makeup and you don’t want to put much colours on your cheeks. For this look I wanted intense face highlight so I used strobing technique. I applied sick highlighter first and on top of it compact highlighter so it’s finish is even more powerful. For lips I picked a very nude lip colour with darker lip liner just because I wanted my eyes to stand out so I didn’t want to do much more, nude lips, nude cheeks, dark eyes and you’re off to go.
