VALENTINE’S DAY MAKEUP LOOK

Valentine’s day is around the corner so I decided to share this look with you asap because I hope you’ll find any inspiration or idea for your own look. I chose very classic and sophisticated colours for this look, I kept it as simple and elegant as I could just because I know there’re not many girls out there who’d wear crazy colourful pink smokey eye for the Valentine’s day. This look is very versatile romantic look, very wearable and appropriate not only for a Valentine’s day but also for any occasion, night out or you can wear it also during the day. 

I used Urban Decay’s Naked and Naked 2 palette for my eyes and I also played with BB4B Cosmetics eye glitter reflects. I applied a tiny amount of glitters on the top of chopper eyeshadow on my eyelid and I really like the finish look of this combination. I didn’t apply any back eyeliner because I felt it’d be too harsh so I used black eyeshadow and created smudged winged liner so it doesn’t look harsh at all. Looks really stunning!

You can achieve this eye makeup by following this steps:

First highlight your brow bone with applying matte eyeshadow (Sigma E60, Foxy) right under the brow and then apply soft matte brown eyeshadow on your crease (Zoeva 227, Naked) as a base for easier additional blending.

Apply glittery peachy eyeshadow on your crease (Sigma E56, Chopper) and on top apply loose glitter with your finger, tapping it on. Make sure it’s not dense. Then come back with fluffy pointy brush and darker brown shade (Zoeva 231, Buck) and apply it right on your cut crease and blend it softly upwards.

With small pointy brush apply the same eyeshadow (Sigma E30, Buck) as you applied on a cut crease. Then apply a tiny bit of chopper eyeshadow with dense brush (Sigma E46, Chopper) ad draw it all to the inner corner. Highlight the inner corner of the eye.

Pick matte black eyeshadow with eyeliner brush (Sigma E65, Creep) and draw a cat eye, make sure it’s not intense.

For face I have some new products and I use some different techniques lately about which I’m going to write very soon and I actually can’t wait to share them with you. For now I can only tell you that I used creamy bronzer at first and on top I didn’t apply and powder bronzer. I only applied finishing powder which is almost transparent and then I applied only blush and highlighter and that was it. Finish look is very natural and I like it so so much. For blush I chose one of my favourite blushes which I love to combine with red lipstick. For lips I used one of my favourite liquid lipsticks from BB4B Cosmetics, Chasing Christine from You Melt Me collection. I’m so in love with this shade, it’s so opaque, glossy and it just look so stunning.
