As I promised you, I’m back with first look from Chanel Travel Diary fall 2017 collection which is absolutely fascinating. This look is a bit different than usual fall looks, it’s colourful and playful but at the same time, sophisticated and very elegant. You can wear it to any occasion, during the day or night.

It’s timeless, it’s Chanel.

Since Lucia Pica designs all the colours for Chanel makeup collections, my excitement about every new collection doesn’t end. Her creativity has no boundaries and neither do new Chanel collections. They definitely are a step ahead of the game any time they launch and what I love about them the most is that they encourage my creativity in the best possible way. To be completely honest with you loves, I never liked rules about makeup looks. Makeup is art and art has no limits so in makeup, there shouldn’t be any. Stepping outside the box has never been more comfortable as it is with the Travel Diary collection and that’s not because it’s allowed now, but because it’s so simple and easy to do it. I’m super excited to share this Chanel look with you loves and as I wrote before, this look is very wearable but again, that depends on how comfortable wearing colours. Colourful looks are almost always my personal choice, I think they’re so exciting to create and even more exciting to wear.

Simplicity with this looks starts with the latest innovation by Chanel, Ombre Première cream eyeshadow. This colourful eyeshadow can be easily used as a base and on top you apply additional eyeshadows to achieve perfect smokey look. You can check and learn the steps for this eye makeup in the gallery. As you can my loves see, eye makeup’s never been easier as it is now. You only have few steps to achieve this colourful fierce eye makeup.

Apply Chanel Ombre Premiere 818 Urban all over the eyelid

On top of the colour base, apply mirror turquoise shade from the 288 Road Movie palette

Blend the edges and add a tiny amount of matte blue eyeshadow from the same palette

On top of that apply matte nude eyeshadow to add additional depth to the look

Line the lash line with black eyeliner, apply mascara, falsies…

.. and the look is done.

As addition to this beautiful eye makeup Chanel did amazing job creating a poppy red/orange shade to make this look even more fascinating. I always thought this type of lipsticks were more summery-like, but times has obviously changed. On my nails I wear Le Vernis 578 New Dawn from the same collection.
